What separates Just
Weddings from other disc jockey
services?
We offer much more than experience and
class as your Disc Jockey and Master of Ceremonies (DJ/MC). We
will announce and coordinate every event at your wedding/reception
with you, your parents and your vendors. By doing this
you won't be surprised when we announce the event, your parents
won't leave and miss anything important and your vendors can get
into position to capture their best work. You can now relax
and enjoy yourself....as if you were a guest yourself. We
offer you a FREE - no obligation
consultation and you could save $350.00 or more. We'll meet you
at a time and place that is convenient for you. We'll invest
this time to get to know each other better, while we learn about
your needs. You'll be guided step-by-step as we design an
agenda and time-line that will keep your event flowing smoothly
and your guests involved. We'll give you ideas and suggestions
on the music that will set the mood you desire on your wedding
day.
What three words best describe
Just Weddings?
Elegant
yet fun describes our services. We will
not play explicit or suggestive music. If you like
R&B and/or Hip-Hop, we have clean radio versions of all our
songs. There is no need to offend a parent, grandparent or
guest. You will not hear us advertise our services
at your wedding or reception. We do not announce our company
name or display our company logo at your event.
When someone appreciates the superior quality and service
we offer, they will ask you for our name and number or they may
approach us for our business card. A large percentage of our
business comes from referrals. We would like your
guests to believe we are a close friend of the family...helping
to make your celebration enjoyable for everyone.

How much do you charge?
We have several packages to choose from and a wide range of
pricing. If we don't have the exact package that
meets your needs and budget, we will customize a
package that does.
How much do you
charge for overtime?
Depending on the package you book...there may or may
not be a charge for overtime. Some of our packages are hourly
and the overtime fee would be agreed upon at the time you reserve
your date and our other packages are for unlimited time so
there is no additional fee for extended time. The unlimited
time packages may also include a ceremony sound system and a light
show. The unlimited packages offer incredible
savings for you if you need a sound system for the
ceremony and reception, a light show and unlimited time.
Is there
a set-up fee?
In most circumstances, we do not charge for
set-up or break-down. Just the time you would like us to
provide great music and direction for your event. We
always want to set-up before any of your guests arrive whether you
need to us begin or not. You wouldn't want anyone lugging
heavy equipment around in front of your guests...so we don't.
There could be nominal fee if you need us to set-up several hours
before we begin.
Can you
provide the music for our ceremony?
Yes. For your ceremony we would provide a
microphone (wired and wireless, depending on location) for your
officiant, reader, singer and for your vows to be heard by all your
guests. We will play your choice of music as your guests
are seated, honor seating, processional, sand blending/unity candle
and your recessional. We have over 17,000 songs available
to listen to during your free consultation and we will give you
some excellent recommendations to help you make easy
decisions.

Can we upgrade our
package later?
Absolutely! Many couples reserve their date with
a basic package then decide later if they need or would like an
upgrade. We always give you the option of upgrading when we
confirm all the details of your event approximately two weeks before
the your event. You may upgrade the sound system, add a
ceremony or hors d'oeuvre sound system or add a light show at
that time.

What
types of music can you provide?
We have more than 30,000 songs in our library and can accommodate
most if not all requests including specialty and ethnic
music. For a better idea of music types most requested,
download our music list with over 2000 songs. Many varieties are
represented here. We can play CD, CDR and most 128kps MP3
formats.
Can we bring
our own music?
Yes. We can play CD and most MP3's at 128kps. We may
be able to play other formats, please ask us and we'll confirm what
we can do.
Do
you travel and is there an additional fee involved?
We do travel. Destination weddings
are becoming very popular. Depending on the
destination and package you book, we will discuss if there is an
additional charge when we meet.
How much experience
do your DJ/MC's have?
When you hire Just Weddings, you'll
receive a talented
DJ/MC with up to 27 years of experience to
over-see your wedding and/or reception. We guarantee you
won't be disappointed.

How
soon should we book our
DJ/MC?
We operate on a first-come-first-served basis so availability
is limited. For the best selection and availability,
once you've determined your date and location,
you should immediately begin to hire the professionals that will
make the biggest difference in the success of your wedding
day. Not only will you have more options earlier in the
planning process but you will rest easier knowing the entire
wedding and/or reception has one of it's most important pieces
already in place. Your peace-of-mind and how your event flows
is far too important to wait to the later stages of planning, only
to find, the best DJ/MC's have already
been booked. Don't delay with the decision of
choosing your DJ/MC. Get your facts and make an
informed decision...call 480.814.8877 to schedule your FREE consultation and save $350.00 or
more!
Can
we view our DJ's work before making a decision?
Yes. A live viewing is highly recommended.
We will determine a date and time that's convenient for you.
We receive permission from the couple and we ask that you dress
as if you were a guest. There's no reason for you to show up
while they are eating so we will recommend a window of time for you
to observe so no one will feel awkward.
Should we provide a
meal for our DJ?
We always eat before arriving, however, if you have us
there for your ceremony and reception, that could be a long
day. A box lunch or if your caterer has prepared more than
needed, you could ask them to invite us to eat after all your guests
have been served.
Should we
tip our DJ?
If you've enjoyed the service you've received you may
tip your DJ accordingly...just as you would any other server.
What will our
DJ be wearing at our event?
A traditional black and white tuxedo, pants, jacket,
shirt and bowtie...unless otherwise stated during our meeting.

If
something happens to our DJ, what would you
do then?
If the unfortunate happens (injury or death), an
equally qualified DJ will be assigned and if time permits, you will
meet with them as soon as this replacement is neccessary.
How
do I choose the right entertainment package for
me?
At the conclusion of your FREE consultation,
we'll explain each of our packages and recommend the package that
will accomplish all your objectives. Some of the variables
that impact the package you should select are: the number of
guests attending, whether the ceremony and/or reception is
indoors or outdoors and the number of sound systems needed. You
may need as many as three sound systems, one for the ceremony, one
for the cocktail or hors d'oeuvre hour, (if held in a different
area from the ceremony and/or actual reception) and one for the
reception. You may want to incorporate a light
show during the reception to create a more festive
atmosphere. Ask about our unlimited packages if you need us
for your ceremony and reception.
When
should we meet again to confirm our events and song
selections?
We recommend the closer to your event the
better. If you have any changes, you usually know about them
by that time. We recommend two (2) weeks before your
event. You will meet with your DJ to confirm all the events
and song selections.
